Mediterranean Open Road: 40-Minute Rides is a trainerless, POV cycling series built for cyclists who want uninterrupted time in the saddle: just you and the road ahead. No talking. No instruction. No distractions. Just pure riding through some of the most beautiful landscapes the Mediterranean has to offer.

In this series, you’ll be following the road. Each ride is filmed in an immersive point-of-view format, placing you directly in the experience as you climb, cruise, and push through sustained efforts. The visuals will pull you in, while the terrain will keep things interesting.
Each 40-minute workout is designed to help you build endurance and durability as you navigate the varying terrain in Cyprus.
